Privacy Policy

What we collect: your account details (name, email), your conversations and messages, usage data such as plan and subscription status, and contact messages you send us. API keys you provide are encrypted at rest and never displayed again.

How we use it: to run the service, improve conversation quality and routing, provide support, and process payments for paid plans.

Model providers: when you chat, your conversation content is sent to the relevant model providers via OpenRouter (or directly to a provider when you use your own key) so they can generate responses. Review their policies too.

Sharing: we don't sell your personal data. We share data only with infrastructure providers that run Relay (hosting, database, payments) and when required by law.

Your rights: request a copy, correction, or deletion of your data at support@relay.app. Deleting your account removes your conversations and keys.
