Terms of Service

The service: Relay provides multi-model AI chat. You access third-party models through us; their outputs are generated by those providers, not by Relay.

Acceptable use: no illegal activity, no abuse or harassment, no attempts to break other users' access, and no circumventing plan limits or security controls.

Plans and billing: free usage is limited by your plan. Paid plans bill in advance and renew until cancelled; usage-based charges follow underlying model costs. Bring-your-own-key usage bills directly to your provider account.

Your content and keys: you keep rights to your content. API keys you add remain yours and can be removed at any time, which returns your chats to Relay's shared key.

Disclaimers: model outputs can be wrong — verify important information. The service is provided as-is, without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to what you paid us in the prior twelve months.

Changes: we may update these terms and will note the new date above. Continued use means you accept the current version. Questions: support@relay.app.
